Our goal is to make all of our collected materials available online for study by scholars around the world, for today and the future. To do that, we need financial help in three very important areas:

  1. Keeping our field historians out on the road, collecting the oral histories and physical materials that comprise the archive.
  2. Funding to hire student assistants to help process those materials (which has the additional benefit of providing qualified students with on-campus, learning-based employment in a research environment).
  3. Providing equipment to aid in both acquisition and processing--things like voice and video recorders, lap-top computers and scanners, as well as gear for antique and obsolete media formats.

Even small donations of money can be a big help. To join with us in this important work, please visit Institutional Advancement where you can make a convenient and secure contribution.
