We have added many new artist pages recently, along with links to on-line finding aids to new and old collections that fans and scholars will find interesting. We update these holdings frequently, so check back often!

The Crossroads Archive debuted its new "Supernatural" traveling exhibit at the Buddy Holly Center. The exhibit chronicles the Tommy and Charlene Hancock Family.

Crossroads also had an exhibit at the Lubbock Arts Alliance's recent Maines Brothers Band concerts at the Lubbock Civic Center.

We are beginning work to put some of our digitized materials online. Hundreds of fascinating items relating to music history have been digitized and posted in searchable formats. Check here for current listings: Dspace digital files.

In addition, thank to the generosity of donors we have added many new research materials to our holdings related to Tommy Hancock, the Tejana Dames, and Johnny Torrez, who was Austin's "Commissioner of Comedy." Friends of Jesse "Guitar" Taylor recently came in to help us identify hundreds of his photographs that were added to his archive.

We also scanned materials for Michael Martin Murphey that will support an exhibit about Austin's "Cosmic Cowboy" scene which will debut during 2018 at the Country Music Association Hall of Fame in Nashville, Tennessee.
